Zenith Glocal Academy Signs Franchise Agreement with Japan’s Emerging Entertainment Company XBP

K-POP specialized educational institution Zenith Glocal Academy has officially signed a franchise agreement with XBP, 

a rising IT and entertainment company in Japan.

Through this partnership, the two organizations aim to expand cultural exchanges between 

Korean and Japanese youth and establish a cooperative foundation for fostering global talent. 

XBP is a promising startup that has been rapidly growing in Japan, driven by young and creative professionals.

Mr. Kawabe, the CEO of XBP, stated, 

“We hope this collaboration will provide opportunities for Korean and Japanese youth to experience and 

engage with each other's cultures. Furthermore, we look forward to extending this exchange to young people around the world.”

Starting in Tokyo between 2025 and 2026, the two sides plan to gradually expand franchise locations to other major cities in Japan, 

including Nagoya. This initiative is expected to accelerate the development of a global cultural content hub, 

with K-POP education at its core.
