The multicultural dormitory is a space where people from diverse backgrounds live together. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that everyone can live comfortably and safely.
The multicultural community living space is a place where mutual respect and consideration are essential for creating a positive and harmonious environment. To ensure that all individuals can coexist peacefully, we ask that everyone follows the principles of respect and understanding toward each other.
Please respect cultural differences and individual backgrounds, and listen attentively to one another. This dormitory is a shared space, so be mindful not to disturb others. Remain quiet during nighttime to ensure everyone’s rest. Keep common areas clean and tidy your personal space to maintain a pleasant environment.
Fire prevention: Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Be extremely cautious when using open flames. Safety equipment: Know the locations of emergency exits and fire extinguishers, and be prepared to evacuate safely in case of emergency. Door security: Always lock the door when leaving and do not allow unauthorized persons to enter. Personal belongings: Take care of your valuables to avoid loss.
Follow scheduled times: Please respect designated times for sleeping, meals, and other communal routines. Waste separation: Dispose of trash properly by following recycling and waste separation rules.
Reducing misunderstandings: Communicate clearly and concisely, and ask for interpretation if needed. If issues arise: Talk with others to find a solution through discussion. In case of rule violations: Acknowledge your actions and show willingness to improve.

Close① This Rule shall be referred to as the Living Rules for Dormitory Students at Zenith Glocal Academy (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") according to the Regulations for Dormitory at Zenith Glocal Academy.
② The purpose of this Rule is to prescribe matters to be observed by dormitory students for safe, pleasant and orderly communal living in dormitories.
① Dormitory students shall cooperate in making dormitories a safe, pleasant and orderly community, and shall not engage in drinking, singing, drugs, smoking, gambling, violence, or other acts that do not harm others or violate the student's duty.
② Dormitory student shall not enter or stay in the company with an outsider without permission, and shall not arbitrarily change the allocated room.
③ Dormitory students shall faithfully comply with the guidance of the director, relevant staff, and life guidance assistants in order to maintain the safety and order of common life.
Article 3 Use of public goods① Dormitory student shall use the public facilities and equipment of the dormitory with care, and shall compensate for actual expenses in the event of damage or loss due to intentional or negligence.
② Dormitory student shall not engage in all activities that pose a risk of fire, and shall not possess or use unacceptable electronic appliances or heating appliances.
Article 4 Health and Sanitation① Dormitory students shall faithfully implement the disease prevention rules required in common life.
② Dormitory students must receive prevention and treatment of diseases to prevent damage to their group life, and they pay all expenses.
③ In the event of an outbreak of a legal infectious disease, the dormitory student shall notify the operating room of it and take immediate treatment and other appropriate measures.
Access to Article 5① Dormitory students are not allowed to enter the dorm from 23:00 to 06:00.
② Outsiders are not allowed to enter the room, and among dormitory students, they are not allowed to enter the mutual room even between men and women.
① Dormitory students shall faithfully comply with the inspection and guidance of indoor cleanliness, abnormal presence of facilities and equipment, personnel, and other matters necessary for an orderly communal life, and listening to difficulties of dormitory students.
② Room inspections shall consist of two regular inspections conducted after joining the company and before leaving the company, and special inspections conducted when deemed necessary by the director, and the inspection period shall be notified in advance by the director through the website, bulletin board, etc.
③ In principle, room inspections shall be conducted when a dormitory student is present for safety management and order maintenance. Provided, That in the following cases, it may be conducted even when the dormitory student is not present, and the fact of the inspection shall be notified afterwards.
1. In the event of an urgent facility inspection, fire, safety accident, security problem, etc. requiring emergency measures
2. In the case of obtaining prior consent from the dormitory student in the relevant room for the absentee inspection
3. If you are absent during the second visit during the pre-announced room inspection period (inspection will be conducted during the second visit)
4. In the case of non-compliance with the room inspection without reason even though they are in the room
1. General Guidelines
The dormitory is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the building. Do not leave personal items (e.g., boxes, umbrellas) in hallways or staircases; store them inside your room. Do not touch others’ belongings or food without permission. Avoid behavior that may cause discomfort or misunderstanding. Be respectful and considerate in shared spaces such as lobbies and lounges. Always clean up after yourself for the next user.
Check the list of furniture and facilities when you move in. Any damage or loss must be compensated. Only approved electronic devices are allowed (hair dryer, straightener, humidifier, charger, computer, printer, desk lamp, etc.). Cooking equipment and food preparation are not allowed. Please separate your trash for recycling, and dispose of food waste in the appropriate bin.
2. Shower Room
Regularly clean the drain by removing hair. Always wear slippers while using the shower room.
3. Restroom
Do not flush wet wipes, tissues, chopsticks, or food in the toilet. Dispose of sanitary products in the designated sanitary bin and tissues in the trash bin.
4. Facility Management and Compensation
Keep room facilities clean and in good condition. If facilities are damaged due to negligence or intentional behavior (fire, water, heating, etc.), report it immediately to the administration or maintenance office. Damages caused by personal negligence must be fully compensated. Fire prevention and room cleanliness are the responsibility of each resident.
5. Theft Prevention
Please manage your personal belongings responsibly to prevent theft. The dormitory is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in rooms or hallways. Store valuables in a locked drawer or cabinet.
6. Fire Safety and Emergency Measures
The entire dormitory is a non-smoking area. Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms, hallways, lounges, and staircases. Flammable substances and space heaters are not allowed. In case of fire, use the extinguisher located in each hallway for initial response, and immediately notify the administration, security, or maintenance team.
